§ 10. OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER

Latest version.

The Galveston County Daily News is hereby designated as the official newspaper of the City of Santa Fe for the publication of all ordinances, notices, and other matter required by the Charter, by the ordinances of the City, or by the Constitution and laws of the State of Texas to be published. It shall also be the designated newspaper for publication of items the City may deem necessary or desirable to publish.
