§ 9. BINGO TAX

Latest version.

There shall be imposed a two percent (2%) gross receipts tax on all bingo games conducted within the corporate limits of the City of Santa Fe, Texas. All such taxes shall be collected, subject to the penalties, as provided by the Bingo Enabling Act.
