§ 4. ARSON REWARD

Latest version.

A reward of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) is hereby offered by the City of Santa Fe, Texas for the arrest and conviction of any person guilty of the crime of arson committed within the limits of the City of Santa Fe, Texas, and said sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) is hereby appropriated out of the General Funds of the city to be paid out by warrant to the person or persons entitled thereto upon satisfactory proof of such arrest and conviction being filed with the City Council of the City of Santa Fe, Texas.
