§ 6. ABANDONED REFRIGERATORS

  • It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to leave or permit to remain outside of any dwelling, building, or other structure, or within any unoccupied or abandoned building, dwelling, or other structure under his or its control, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended, or discarded ice box, refrigerator, or other container which has an air-tight door or lid equipped with a snap-lock or other locking device which may not be released form the inside, without first removing said lid or door, snap-lock, or other locking device form said ice box, refrigerator, or container.
