§ 3.4. Amendments

3.4.1 For the purpose of providing for the public health, safety, and general welfare, the Planning Commission may from time to time make recommendations to the City Council to amend the provisions imposed by this ordinance. The Planning Commission shall review these regulations two (2) years after the date of adoption and every two (2) years thereafter, to determine the need for periodic updates and amendments. Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by the Planning Commission and City Council in the manner prescribed by law.
