§ 3.5. Conditions Related to Community Goals

3.5.1 The regulation of the subdivision of land and the attachment of reasonable conditions to land subdivision is a valid exercise of the police power delegated by the State of Texas to the City of Santa Fe. The developer shall comply with reasonable conditions established by the Planning Commission for the design, dedication, improvement, and use of the land so as to conform the project to the developmental goals of the community at large.
